I've already dethroned Barrymore. In the short 5 months I spent experimenting with my style of rap a better freestyle has been the outcome. What you call poetry is simply too easy for me now. I've mastered the rap "bar" form and "multis." I've even done what I call "net rhymes." Hell even if I wanted to I could do an eminem style rap. I do favor the newly formed "LilD" rap flow though. If you were wondering my rap style is multis and slant rhymes mostly. Its a bit harder to do net rhymes off the dome so I pretty much keep that in my songs. And when its a "rap battle" its not about poetry at all. Even though I used a bit of poetry in that rap battle its basically a waste of time that won't make you win. When you rap battle its about the punchlines and rhyme styles you use while keeping the flow steady. To make it simple if your punchlines are more personal its gives you extra points. To see my example google "Hopsin Disses." Pay attention not only to his rhymes but what he's saying. Obviously its hard to make personal when you don't know the person but that's what basic punchlines are for. "Hopsin: Lets kick it raw, Fuck Novi Novak, He's a bitch for sayin my name and I hope he knows that, His flow is so wack with his dossy doe swag, Lil B's level is 1, but yo level it goes below that, Don't be so mad, cuz this is yo fate, yo music don't push no weight, How Hopsin got more fans then you and yo state? You so fake." The rest of that diss against rapper Novi Novak is more personal. This was just the more basic one. So please, when you as much about rap as I do. Then challenge my brain. I have to admit I'ma natural at this shit. What took Hopsin 10 years to do it practically took me 3 years to do. I've literally become to used to my rap style its almost become a 2nd way of speaking. As if I can describe anything in a rap. My range of topics is far passed what it used to be.

Hey, in defence of LilD, his rapping has definitely improved since the rap battle tournament days. Some of the jokes were actually quite clever, and for the lyrics, I have to say LilD won this one. (Also who the heck is Kubalionzzale?)

In response to the discussion on poetry, this is most definitely not poetry. Barrymore and Kaliraa are far better at writing poetry and lyrics, while LilD could rap them to hell in real life. That's why it was tough for me coming up with winners in the rap battle tournament; poetry and rap just aren't the same things. Barrymore wasn't writing rap, which, to us (non rappers), made him seem better. Kubalion here actually is writing rap, and his falls short of LilD. Personally, my world is poetry, so I don't think I have a right to criticise LilD's flow.

Cmon, give LilD a chance. He's not that bad now; seems you're judging him based on past experience with him.
