CW Season ELO Change

I got to say, the CW season ELO change by Witch Doctor seems to be working very well so far and has improved the cw scene this season. It's been really fun watching the standings and cws the last couple weeks. Thanks WD, just want to give you a shoutout for the great idea. Great work!
