Battle of Castra Taurinorum
Lustrious Felix Pompeius Asiaticus Numidicus (Phoenix) (Envelopment) TACTICAL COUNTER
(1 Evocati+ 2 Veteran Legions +1 Legion +6 command + 1 field consul bonus)=15 strength
Teutone Commander (Direct Charge)
(10 Armies) = 10 strength
Battle Roll: 9 (+5 from greater strength+4 tactical counter =18)
Result: Decisive Victory
This year Pompeius made the movements of his army quite clear, and encamped not far from the Teutones. Predictably, they came to attack the offensive roman garrison. Falling upon it, they cut their way though the walls and tents. This was just a ploy though as the main roman army had been living in the woods nearby in squalid conditions. Upon Pompeius signal they emerged, enveloped the Teutones and slaughtered them all. None of the men surrendered, and even the women came out to fight near the end. Others killed their own children and committed suicide rather than fall into Roman slavery. Pompeius and his legions sacked their camp, which was full of many precious and exotic gold itsem that the germanics had taken from the other tribes. Hailed by his legions, Pompeius now felt this was the height of his career

Consul Cocles troops landed with a smaller force than would have normally been permitted against rebels. But with a gifted commander, the Senate was assured that he would bring victory. Surveying his small force, but contempt that half were elite veterans, Cocles made ready for battle. Andriscus, stylizing himself as King of Macedon had gathered his army of barbarians. Cocles, remembering the Illyrian war stories told by his father, decided disciple would win the day. He was partially correct in this assessment- the rebel army charged directly at Cocles' weakened center while two normal legions attacked from the sides. Unknown to Cocles, Andriscus knew rudimentary Roman tactics (some say he received word from the so called Emperor). With the little discipline he could install in his troops from Macedonian officers, Andriscus was able to hold off the envelopment devastating an entire Roman legion and forcing Cocles to retreat.

2nd Battle of Pydna
Octavian Ovidius Fenix Macedonicus (Pheonixking929) (Envelopment)
(1 Evocati + 4 Veteran Legions +6 Legions + 4 command)= 21 strength
Andriscus (Envelopment)
(5 Armies) = 5 strength
Battle Roll: 9 (+3 from greater strength =12)
Result: Decisive Victory
Realizing that it was time to finally put an end to this unstable situation Fenix swiftly put down the revolt at Pydna and crushed any and all Macedonian resistance. By the end of the year, Macedonian independence had come to a complete end. Andriscus was forced out of the region, his army destroyed. The Romans now officially made Macedonia, along with Epirus, its first eastern province.
While Fenix was busy in Macedonia, however, the Greeks sought to take advantage and led a semi-revolt of their own. Already in dispute with Rome over their annexation of Sparta into the Achaean league, and with pro-independence leaders in place, discord in the region continued. Critolaus, one of these pro independence leaders, was appointed dictator in Corinth and Corinthian forces began incorporating several nearby city-states into its own territory. Envoys dispatched from Rome to bring order to the situation were mistreated and rejected and once again, the Roman army was on the move.
Fresh from his victory in Macedon, Fenix moved south to quell Greek these fresh revolts.
The leagues of the Achaeans, Phocians and Boeotians were all shattered and resistance of the Greek people to Roman rule was put to an end. To teach them a lesson, Fenix attacked Corinth directly as a show of force and to set an example (much like the fate Epirus faced for helping Perseus of Macedon). Later in that year, Corinth was besieged and eventually burned to the ground, with its captured inhabitants sold off into slavery. Weapons and armor of locals throughout the region were seized and local militia activity was outlawed. While the Romans didn't yet incorporate Achaea into an official province, the governor of Macedonia was given formal charge of watching over the Greeks from that nearby proximity.

I warned the Senate of the calamities about to unfold and instead of negotiating with me to stop this problem before it began, the Senate betrayed me and the peace process. All negotiations for an end to this war are over. You can thank Pavle and Phoenix, the geniuses of Rome, for causing this

Christ ain't born yet genius
Christ means Messiah or "anointed one." My father was prepared to give his life for the values of the Republic. He saw the decay of the state and thought that creating the perfect political system would solve all problems. When he died, he was the final sacrifice dying for all our sins. Now I take up the cross with his spirit beside for the glory of the one true God. I have been anointed to fight back against evil. Against all odds, my strength has grown as more and more faithful join my flock. Rome now has four foreign enemies assaulting our great civilization. These are the four horseman from famine to death. Rome has become corrupt and we are being punished for these sins. I have been given a task to finally rebalance this world if possible. If I cannot do, if creation takes up too much time and energy, than I will use all my power for the destruction of the corrupt. Perhaps I will not be the final prophet my men think I am. But it now appears that the Senate has once more flown straight into the sun against better judgement- I will at least be here to make sure they burn
