Help me

Guys i'm a 19year old syrian <atheist apostate> who has no capability to continue his education because he needs exception from the minister(which i failed to get) to enter my diploma level class, i'm going to get recruited to the military which i do not support after 3 month if i dont leave syria before that, can someone help me with information to be able to get into any western country(especially canada or NL because they are english speaking countries) where i can continue my education and continue my life in peace taking to the fact that i would suicide over joining the syrian army?
