Duel Point rankings?

The system is basic enough;

Reset every quarter, like the Coalition system.
Duel Points are used for the rankings of players.

In other words, rather than ranking everyone based off SP (Which people have complained about for a while), you'd rank them by the duel system.

No, seeing that would be as badly designed as the current coalition system, better players would find it harder to get mass amounts of duel points
