You said about using up all reinforcements on turn 1, but Ukraine and Turkey are exceptions? Can you briefly expand on that? Otherwise, great guide

Turkey has a lot of reinforcements, leaving one reinforcement at a strategic port to chain transports is a possible idea. For ukr, leaving one reinf minimum to break ankara wall is always a nice idea. Leaving an extra reinf for a transport ship in order to rush over turkish cities is another posibility. Since these two countries are kinda alone in their surrounding, they don't feel the need of sending every single unit into fight, the risk of getting rushed is low compared to eastern countries, where you can find little posibilities and anyone can reach them.

Hello Impostor, thanks for reading my guides. As for your question, It is based on the Reinforce-Cost efficiently clause:
You are asking why Ukraine and Turkey are exceptions for this clause. On one side, the question is partially answered by RaulPB on his comment (Tactical reinforcements), but there's other factor that condition both Ukraine and Turkey: Funds. From all the top five countries (UK, Germany, Spain, France, Italy) both Turkey and Ukraine's gameplay are pretty different. Also notice that Spain, Italy and Turkey are pretty closer in terms of starting funds, while their difference with France, Germany and UK goes over 800 - 1.3k of money. Ukraine's starting funds are 6.7k money. So, with about 2.7k starting funds (Turkey) and 6.7k starting funds (Ukraine) , it is important for Ukraine to use up all his reinforcements (Except for the tactical ones, already explained). For turkey too, but the expansions that use up all Turkey's reinforcements are rather too expensive (Still viable for gameplay). When I say that Ukraine and Turkey are exceptions, I was mean to say that, in terms of reinforcements and funds, for both countries it can be good to save up reinforcements or funds (Actually, saving funds is vital for Ukraine's lategaming). For the rest of countries (UK, Germany, France, and most of the time Spain and Italy) using up all the reinforcements equals to better expansion chances (Over stacking for UK and France, Over Expand for Germany and France, Both Over Stack and Over Expand for Spain and Italy) .Sure there are other types of gameplay in which you save up reinforcements or funds, for example, going IMP France or going full PD spain. This type of tactics are usually for fund your allies, depending of the situation.
