I forgot my password, but I had an email attached to my account. When I click "forgot password," and I enter my e-mail, It says that "A new password has been sent to your e-mail." However, I have waited 7 days and I have gotten no e-mail giving me a new password. This is frustrating because I am basically locked out of my account (which I had bought the full $20 package on) until the e-mail is received. I have checked my spam box and all boxes, but the e-mail is not there. I don't know if it's an issue on AOL's part or what.

I posted a thread regarding this over a month ago and have yet to receive any official response on the forums or after e-mailing them directly.

Contact a mod. I had this happen once when i was in beta and i just got Ivan to send me a new password lol.
