Protocoins have other uses besides map advertising, I was just using it as an example. Protocoins are the most effective way of advertising when you are offline because anyone who looks at the map page will see it.

EDIT: I dont know if you can make a map without premium, but I think this is a good idea, not 100 PC though, but a free announce or somenthing like that.
