General-related bugs.

Generals seems to be making the game bug out a lot. I've had several instances where someone had a general with a huge stack of Marines. At some point in the game, I got close enough to the general to see that there were indeed 170~ marines accompanying him (I detected them). He then killed the unit close to him, but I could still see the total number of Marines in the stack, despite them being in stealth (I could even see them inside a city next to which I had no units).
