After Roll Bonus

So is ARB worth it?

What does it do? I have 30K+ SP saved. Not sure what to spend it on. I have infantry and militia ARB un upgraded. There are other things to upgrade but I've been leaving these two off because Im not sure. Im not expecting a massive boost or any significant change but it must give some benefit.
