Extra Cities should be free!

It is fully strange thing when rank 4-5-6 after buying premiums get extra cities. Again learning how all the things works ... And if they have an extra cities from beggining, it should bring more competence in future cuz they are already introduced with expansions and gameplay of extra cities.

I would be against this idea... only if MapMakers used the feature for change their maps.

For example, one style without extra, then a different style with extra.

But they tend to put all cities as "free" so the only map that uses the extra cities is probably default map.
