Is it possible to buy coalition ,scenarios ... packs via SMS?

I dont have paypal account so I cant buy full packge nor packs

if i were you i would set up a paypal (or get your parents to?) and buy the full package, that is the best value deal. you don't want to buy every package separate because that costs more than the full package.
