Make Crimea a neutral country.

Someone recently mentioned adding Crimea to Russia: South, which I personally think would be awkward for map balance. However, classically the admins updated the map to reflect geopolitical changes (South Sudan, Kosovo), yet in 2014 nothing was done with Crimea. I think now in 2019 it's become very clear that Crimea is definitely no longer Ukrainian both in population and in administration (Hell, the Russians built a damn bridge over the Azov to cement this fact), but many people are still opposed to recognizing it as de facto Russian territory; I believe as a compromise, Crimea should be a neutral country on the world map. This also benefits East in nerfing Ukraine (finally) and allowing for more important power plays in the Black Sea. Some people may see this as a bad thing however for gameplay since they're very accustomed to how things have always been, but I digress.

Dave has mentioned editing the world map in the future, so I don't believe this is out of the realm of possibility; Just something that wouldn't happen soon. Thoughts?

Incorrect. 1 reinf will hardly make a difference in a 1v1. But in 3v3s ukr will become shit.

Give to RS, and add another 1 reinf city to south Ukr

I dont think thats gonna nerf ukr but i'm all up for it. That faggy city is the main reason why in 90% of the ukr games i dont have full country bonus D

Add to RS or dont touch anything. Defualt world map need some income changes too.
