Is there a way to delete more than one country, at the same time?

I'm using the World map (default) for a map I'm making, but there are several countries that need to be deleted. Instead of deleting countries one by one, is there a easier way?

Well there isn't the only way is to line the delete with the country screen and spam enter at the "Are you sure?" screen.
