1 - When a player leaves the game, remove all troops that are not in a city. 2 - +1 minute on reinforcement turns either fixed, or as a game option. 3 - Option to specify a different length for the 1st turn (especially scenarios), or just give it +1 min. Hopefully most people can see the reasoning behind these ideas.

Yea, I would really recommend this. Now when you beat a player who made many walls you are handicapped by the neutral units near the cities preventing you to wall. and 3 is also a good idea

I really like this idea, since it always takes so much longer than a regular turn to pump out all those units. I'd say as a game option though, not fixed. Some people may view the limited time as a challenge.

I like the first idea. not sure about the other ones and if they're even necessary.

I like having dead troops in game; it makes it more interesting. Maybe have it so players could commandeer these units into thier armies?

I feel that the turn reinforcements arrive is busier than the other turns. Giving it +1 minute might actually encourage shorter turns generally. Regarding a longer first turn - Actually I'd like to see the option of +/- 1-2 minutes. If it's a 3K or a 5K turn then frankly 1 min is enough for turn 1, but a lot of scenarios need you to do a LOT of setup and familiarisation on turn 1. You may not feel this because you've played a little more than the average player, but you know how some scenarios get wrecked by a new player not quite getting it and making early mistakes (Vichy France being a prime example).
