Whats with the units HP? they are all the same, right? So if a units Attack or Defense is above 7, lets say 8 or 9, then it would not matter because the highest HP it would be fighting would be a 7. Correct? I think there should defiantly be different HP for each unit.

Actually, while this is a fair enough concern this isn't exactly how the battle system works. To sum things up, your attack of 8 means that your attack will be between 1-8, generated randomly. While a very lucky roll of 8 will mean that your unit will one-shot your opponent, this is entirely a luck factor and it's much more likely to roll at a survivable number, meaning they will get a chance to do a defensive roll of the dice and inflict some damage on your unit. At least, this is how the battle system was explained to me. It seems to make pretty good sense.

That's how it is, and if you kill a unit, the attack you didn't use is carried over to the next unit (eg. afterwinds)

a unit's attack and defence get rolls. if your tank has 9 attack (max) it will roll 1-9. lets say it rolls a 4 it will remove 4 hp from the defending unit. therefore that unit will be left with 3hp (7-4) Once a unit has 0 hp it dies.
