Double conquest of capitals.

Good evening. I have a propose. When two opposite players conquest each one at the sane time the respective capital, maybe it be a draw, or maybe the game can continue until the end natural end of the game or when only one player take other capital. Thank you.

If they are both taken same turn game should continue but if they are held by the enemy player for 2 turns where both are eliminated at the same turn it should be a draw
