Just asking, since training clans are all dead and apparently no clans are interested in making training ones (although quite a few are strong enough)

We are a quasi-training clan, though we don't like to take on complete noobs, just people r7+ who show talent and want a higher level of training / exposure to the cw scene (and that we get along with).

No I wasn't bsing at all.
Whoever I see that has potential and is willing to train and be active on forum, I take him without any consideration no matter his rank.

Of course after some recruits and some private trainings I and we(the clan) have done we have decided to higher up a bit our expectations from someone(as Sid said) because the rate of people stop caring was too damn high.

If anyone saw our forum they are very basic and mostly for 3v3s and Europe games, the rest are tought in game by anyone that is online.

We didnt have training clans when we grew up and guess what, aw was 10 times more challenging and competitive. Training clans are just a crutch for people who are not willing to put the effort.

Spending the time to train noobs is as useless as arguing in youtube comments. Nobody will give a shit, most noobs will go inactive anyway and you will never receive the slightest reward for it, i d say time better spent elsewhere.

Just look at my only remaining trainee chill. How he talks to me, how he treats me...ungrateful little shit

I've never been that sold on the idea of training clans. You can sort through dozens of low ranks and put the effort into training them and youll be doing well if even 1 or 2 of them stick around and grow. Illyrification was a soul destroying effort. Skend would swear by them though because of the success of dalmati pups. Whatever the case I am always happy to help ppl who show talent and interest in improving but they rarely ever ask.

I was almost r9 when i got bored of world games and scenarios. The players dueling in the lobby all the time caught my eye and i decided i wanted to learn to beat them. Thus competitive lao was born. I never joined a training clan. I worked at improving mostly by myself by playing better players in duels and 3v3s.

You used None there, admit it.

Back to topic.
Training clans?
If someone is really motivated to become better they will find a way. Training clans aren't needed. Especially in a game that isn't that complicated.

I agree training clans arent needed, but for a different reason. The best training clans you can have are the normal clans with all the best players that you can learn from directly. Not some training clan with 1 competitive player as a leader or whatever
