Dont shuffle players in CW

I suggest players dont get shuffled in a CW game so you can plan ahead a bit more.

Do you mean that at the very beginning by country selection the players shouldn't get mixed up or how do you mean that?

Exactly! In a team the order of the players gets shuffled who pick 1st, 2nd and so on.

I see it as a problem because you usually want your strongest player to pick first.
If that is not the case you cant get the best out of your team.
